RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPMENTS

Vietri With Love uses the services offered by the best national and international express couriers.

The goods are shipped with suitable packaging to protect the content, making the shipment safe. Deliveries to customers are understood to be at the number indicated ground facing the street.

Delivery to the floor is not included and, if necessary, must be expressly requested and will be subject to an additional cost. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. You can track the status of the shipment by a tracking number that we will provide.

In any case, the shipping costs are, in any case, considered due and charged to the customer, even in the event that the same refuses the goods or, for any reason, the goods regularly ordered returns to the sender. The shipping (and packaging) costs for the return of the goods to our warehouse are in any case fully charged to the customer, in case of non-payment of the same, Vietri With Love will take legal action to recover the costs incurred.

In case of damaged or broken goods, nothing will be charged to Vietri With Love. In case of non-collection / acceptance of the goods by the customer and / or non-payment of any customs duties with consequent return of the goods to the sender (Vietri With Love), all the costs for the return of the goods and any charges and packaging will be fully charged to the customer with subsequent communication.
